Radhe krishna,
Good morning & have a blessed day,

AVOID OVER-EATING

Swami Sivananda

Man eats too much. This is agreed by all. Most of your diseases are
due to your overeating. Your kind mother and grandmother have taught
you overeating from your childhood through their' affection and
indulgence. Even when you are not hungry you try to stuff your stomach
by taking recorous to spices, chutnies and pickles- It is the tongue
that deludes you and does too much havoc. It goads you to eat this
thing and that thing- The stomach really wants a little. Even if you
overload the stomach it throws the extra foodstuffs through vomiting
and makes you give up the next meal by producing a bad sensation in
your throat.

May, therefore, the new year  mean to us but this one thing, divinity,
divinity in all that we do, in
all that we feel and think. Let us strive every moment to be what we
are. Make our life a true
radiance of that which we are in reality, namely, divinity. Let us try
to express and manifest this

divinity every moment. Let our life be authentic, let our life be
genuine. Let our life be true, be
what it is. Let it not be a living falsehood. Let it be, therefore,
what it is, what it is meant to be,
what we are in reality. To that end, let us be alert, let us be
vigilant, let us be earnest and sincere
and strive purposefully with awareness, with great earnestness, to
bring out from within us only
divinity, and overcome, within us, all that is other than divinity.
Let this be our struggle, our
inner struggle with ourselves. Let this be the one task we set before
ourselves for this entire year.
swami chidananda

The Cosmic Mind acts as the ultimate subject whose consciousness is
the creator of all norms, in all the degrees of manifestation.
