ENTER INTO SAMADHI

Be strong, be brave, be heroic, be patient. Be utterly fearless. Build
up your faith. Look within you. Wander not elsewhere. Enter the
Silence within you. Be silent. Acquire steadiness through Asans,
control the breath, keep the senses away from objects. Conquer
temptations. Overcome evil by good. Live in your religion. March
towards the goal, concentrate, meditate and realise what you really
are within you. Attain equipoise. Enter into Samadhi.


God is the inner Ruler. He goads the body, mind and senses to work.
Become an instrument in the hands of the Lord. Do not expect thanks or
appreciation of your work. Do actions as your duty and offer them and
their fruits to the Lord. You will be freed from the bonds of Karma.
