Good morning & have a blessed day,
MAKE ME THY INSTRUMENT
Swami Sivananda
O adorable Lord of love and mercy prostrations and salutations. Make
me Thy instrument. Let me plant love where there is hatred. Joy where
there is sorrow. Strength where there is weakness. Light where there
is darkness. Hope where there is despair. Knowledge where there is
ignorance. O Omnipresent Lord on high ruler of the earth and the sky,
Indweller of all beings, salutations unto Thee! OM is Thy sacred Name,
Bliss-Consciousness is Thy essence.
Once knowledge of Atman is gained, the chain of birth and death is
broken and then the cycle is put an end to. There is no more pain or
sorrow.

May he(swami sivananda) be your ideal and your object of concentration
day after day. May he ever be before
your mental vision, illumining the path before you, attracting you,
uplifting you to that level. This
should be your all-pervading, great
sadhana,
this sincere, earnest attempt to be like Gurudev, this
sincere, earnest attempt to rise into a state of being that is
permeated with Divinity.
