Struggle on, O man! Undaunted in the face of all obstacles in the
battle of daily life be bold. Do not stumble, boldly bear all the
troubles march forward! O hero the individual life is but a phantom,
it is full of pain, disappointment, cares, worries and fears, it is
closed and lost in darkness and despair it is but a walking shadow. It
is a leather bag of impurities. It is a pot of mud. Abandon
infatuation for the body. Take refuge in the Lord. Realise the
self-luminous eternal Atman. All sorrows will vanish, you will attain
eternal bliss.
Be perfectly confident. Banish all fear from the mind. Mind is a great
deceiver. It is the root of all sorrows. Fear is itself the main
disease. Throw it out of the mind. Be always smiling.
