Progress is indicated by the lustre in the eyes; brilliance in the countenance; moderation in talk, sleep and eating, and naturally of defecation and micturition; control over mind and senses; selfless ness; abstinence from all kinds of injury, through thought, word or deed; wisdom; detachment; absence of laziness and depression; alertness of mind; catholicity of outlook; strict adherence to the path of truth; eagerness to meditate for a long time; and complete lack of worldliness. There will be disinclination to indulge in worldly company; there will be love for all beings, and a growing feeling that all forms are of the Lord. There will be absence of dislike for any creature, even to those who despise and insult. There will be strength of mind to meet danger; and calamities, to bear insult and injury, to rise above likes and dislikes.

He who has no control over his senses and is a victim to his greed, lust and anger, is a miserable man. He cannot have peace even for a second. His life is a hopeless failure.

Do all your work as a worship or as an offering unto the Lord. Repeat the Name of the Lord
mentally all the time. Remembrance and worship are the potent means of drawing His grace.
Whatever may be your occupation, wherever you may go or travel, constantly remember Him and

offer all that you do as worship unto Him. You will soon attain Divine Grace.
