Meditation follows concentration. The mind dwells steadily on the ideal during meditation. Deep meditation cannot come in a day, or a week or a month. You will have to struggle hard for a long time. Concentration is with effort and meditation a steady flow of thought without effort. Success in concentration leads to meditation. Later the thoughts cease to flow when the mind becomes one with the object of meditation. The meditator and the meditated become one. You then attain the state of the reception of super natural knowledge. Intuition dawns. You experience supreme bliss. The world does not exist now.

He who does good to the humanity is the best of men. True worship is in the service of suffering humanity. Become a servant of the poor and needy. Give up greatness and false idea of superiority. - Swami Sivananda

Have reverence and faith for the Name. The glory of the Name of God cannot be established
through reasoning. But it can certainly be experienced through faith, devotion and constant
