Truth is one, sages call it variously. Brahman or the Absolute is the only Reality; this world is unreal; Jiva or the individual soul is identical with Brahman. The knower of Brahman becomes Brahman. There is no salvation without knowledge of the Imperishable. Karma Yoga or selfless action purifies the heart. Upasana or worship removes the oscillation of the mind. Jnana removes the veil of ignorance. Know that Brahman through faith, devotion, meditation and Yoga. Brahman or the Absolute is truth, wisdom, Infinity. Om is the symbol of Brahman. This Atman is to be seen, heard, reflected and meditated upon. \

It is very essential that we do not confine our Sadhana only to the quiet hours inside the Puja-room but divinize all our actions.
