Faith is belief in the Unknown. Faith and devotion speak together. Faith heals, faith creates, faith works wonders, faith moves mountains. Unshakable faith in God gives a mysterious power to overcome any difficulty. Unflinching faith puts the aspirant in touch with the infinite. Faith makes the weak strong and the timid brave. Faith makes the impossible possible. Faith argues not, thinks not, reasons not, cogitates not. Reason is an unreliable, frail and finite instrument for the realization of higher truths. Faith is the searchlight for God-finding. Life is a dreary waste when it loses its faith. Life loses its effulgence when it loses its faith. Forlorn is life without unswerving faith in God. The water of life is faith. Know that everything is lost when faith is lost. 

In all the problems of your life put this question to yourself, “Is this thing going to take me
nearer to that ultimate attainment, or is it going to slow me down in my progress towards the
fulfilment of my life?” If a thing binds you more to the sensual life, then reject it, but if it hastens

you towards the ultimate attainment, then adopt it.
