The knowledge of Brahman can be gained through study of Upanishads, meditation and contemplation, Sravana, Manana and Nididhyasana of the Vedanta Vakyas. Brahman is revealed in a deep supramental experience. Knowledge of Brahman is the highest Dharma. It is, verily, the foremost of all sciences, for through it one attains immortality. Knowledge of Atma is a priceless treasure. Discrimination (Viveka) is the key to open this great treasure. He who has rightly ascertained the nature of Brahman from the wisdom of the Vedanta and worked out his Karmas, is liberated after death.

Without knowing your source and origin and your ultimate destination, life cannot be meaningfully lived.
