Study one chapter or 10 to 25 verses from your religious book daily. Attend religious meetings, hear the discourses of saints at every opportunity. Organize such functions on Sundays or holidays. Visit a temple or place of worship once a week and arrange to hold religious meetings or discourses there. Spend holidays and live in the company of saints, or practise spiritual practices at holy places in seclusion.

Act, but let not action be a fetter. Act, but be free. Offer your action as worship of God.
