The virtues must expand in their breadth and from the individual circle gradually extend to those around oneself, then to all humanity, and finally become all-embracing and cosmic. Development and progress, if they are to extend thus into infinity, must be dynamic. On the path of moral and spiritual unfoldment, in one's quest of happiness through a life of quiescence, there is the danger of stagnation setting in at some stage or other. This is the reason why many aspirants fail to reach ethical perfection even after years of seclusion and meditation. Selfless and loving service should, therefore, never be underestimated and neglected.

With firm faith, practical application, perseverance, careful attention to even small details and fortitude in trials, you must set foot and proceed on the path of Sadhana.

OBSTACLES ON THE SPIRITUAL PATH
With every problem is born its solution. Therefore, be not afraid when problems arise. Make
God the Pole-star of your life. Overcome personal desire and aspire for Him alone. What is pleasant
does not necessarily lead to supreme happiness. Live for Him, Who has brought you into this world.
To know Him utilise every moment of your life well. You become what you think. God is the

greatest wealth. Bliss is within.
