Radhe krishna

SEEK IN SILENCE

Swami Sivananda

Seek your strength in the Atman within. Seek your joy in selfless service. Seek your honour in leading the divine life. Seek your freedom in God-realization. Seek your perfection by attaining the Immortal. Seek your peace in regular meditation. Seek your imperishable wealth in divine virtues. Seek your wisdom in the fountain-head of the scriptures and the school of life. Seek your immortality in the realization of the Divine. Seek your poise in the absolute stillness or the stupendous Silence.

Divest yourself of all anger, greed and attachment to sensual enjoyments. Be free from love and hate for Others,
Swami sivananda
Purify your thoughts, through love, celibacy, kindness, non-injury, prayer and meditation.
You will attain success in life.
Be kind to all. Trust not the senses. These two practices are quite sufficient to make you a
perfect man.
Swami Chidananda

MESSAGE FOR CONTEMPLATION 1190

Radhe krishna,

Have a blessed day,

SCIENCE OF SEVEN CULTURES

Swami Sivananda

An ounce of practice is better than tons of theory. Practise Yoga, religion and philosophy in daily life, and attain Self-realization. The following instructions give the essence of Eternal Religion in its purest form. They are suitable for modern, busy householders with fixed hours of work. Modify them to suit your convenience, and increase the period gradually. Make a few practicable resolves that could affect a small but definite advance over your present habits and character. In case of ill-health, pressure of work, or unavoidable engagements, replace your regular routine by frequent remembrance of God.
