Shri Vyankatesh Dhyanam
Shri Vyankatesh Dhyanam is in Sanskrit and it is from Brahmand Purana. We have to recite this Dhyanam before reciting any Vyankatesh Storta. This Dhyanam describes God Vyankatesh; hence it is always better to think about God Vyankatesh’s roopa at the time of worshiping or reciting Shri Vyankatesh Stotra. It is more meaning full and of creating feeling of God’s presence in front of our third eye.
The meaning of Shri Vyankatesh Dhyanam is as under.
He has got Vatsa mudra on his chest. He has worn Koutsubha jewel. He has worn a very beautiful crown on his head. He has worn Keyur as the ornament on all his four hands. His hands are in Varad (blessing) Mudra. His Pitambar (clothes around his body) are shining like Gold. His color is attractive like bluish-blackish cloud. His eyes are big and like a full blossom lotus. He is God Hari and husband of Goddess Lakshmi. All gods always worship him. I bow down to such God Vyankatesh and see him in dyanam. He is Vyankatesh, Pradhuman, Sankarshan and Aniruddha. He is owner on this Sheshadri Mountain. I always bow to him.
Thus here completes Shri Vyankatesh Dhyanam which is from Brahmand Purana.
