11. Of what avail is knowledge of the arts and the sciences, of what avail is reputation or titles, of what avail is repetition of Lord's name or meditation or enquiry of 'Who am I,' if you become a slave of lust? Control this strong urge first by the rigorous penance of sense-control, before you take to advanced meditation. First become at least a strict physical celibate. Then endeavour to have perfection in mental chastity. 12. Your actions must support your character. Your ideals must lead you to the highest goal. Stake not the stomach for half a plate of rice, and your independence for the sexual life. 13. Householders who are treading the path of truth and who are doing spiritual practice should observe celibacy to the best of their ability. A sexual contact revives all bad ideas and gives them a new lease of life.

Faith transcends reason. Faith alone opens the door of Eternal Bliss and the Immortal
Abode. Have unswerving, unshakable faith and enter the illimitable domain of everlasting peace.
Yoga is the science of life. It gives completeness to life. God is eternal and as such fills
every moment of our lives. Yoga teaches us how to contact God and thus fill our being with His

light, power, peace and bliss.
