INDWELLING REALITY

Veiled consciousness is Jiva or individual self. When the veil is removed, Jiva ceases to be. The veil is called ignorance or nescience. The mind is an imperfect reflection of Atmic consciousness. Atma is devoid of passions and fluctuations and Vritti Jnana of dream-state and deep sleep state. The one common consciousness that enlightens all souls is one, changeless. Therefore, unity based on this consciousness alone can be real and lasting. Unity forms the basis of multiplicity and sustains it. Unity is Reality. Multiplicity is appearance. Consciousness of oneness is freedom from relation to duality or multiplicity. Understand that to be Atma which is the silent witness of all the activities of the mind, which is eternal, immortal, infinite and unchanging.

Wisely guide the mind, educate and train it in such a way that its thought processes are of the right quality and are taking you in the right direction.
