Without the grace of the Lord, one cannot attain knowledge of the Eternal. Conquest of mind is the conquest of the world. Whence have we come? Whither shall we go? These are the fundamental questions of life. Not by actions, neither through progeny, nor wealth, but through renunciation alone can Immortality be attained. Just as all waters of the rivers have their meeting place in the ocean, so also all our touches have their centre in the skin, all tastes in the tongue, all odours in the nose, all colours in the eyes, all sounds in the ears, all percepts in the mind, all knowledge in the 'heart.' Where nothing else can be seen, nothing else can be heard, and nothing else can be known, that is the Infinite or Bhuma.

Self-realisation bestows fullness, wisdom and everlasting peace and liberates one from the cycle of miseries.
