MEN OF GOD Swami Sivananda The Karma done by a Sage after he has attained knowledge cannot touch him at all as he has neither egoism (agency) nor desires. A Sage moves among sense-objects with his mind and senses free from attraction and repulsion. The senses and the mind obey the will of a sage. A Sage has no hankering after sense-objects. He has perfect mastery over his mind and senses. A Sage who has attained knowledge of Atma or the Supreme Self, who has no identification with the body, can totally relinquish all actions. A Sage always remains a witness of the activities of the senses as he identifies himself with the Atma.  This world does not contain even an iota of happiness.
