The state of concentration by the strength of which the mind and the mental properties are placed fittingly and well, without wavering, without tossing and without scattering is the real state of concentration, and meditation follows such concentration. Its essence is to destroy wavering, wandering or shaking. Meditation is a first-class tonic. Manage your mind through understanding and love. You cannot fight the mind but you can discipline it and transform it.
