Swami Sivananda Realise this ever-free inner Atman. Then alone can you be free and independent. Hey Saumya! O Mokshapriya! Search within. Seek within, eternal bliss, immortality, supreme knowledge and freedom by realising this wonderful, mysterious Atman that abides in the chambers of your heart and roam about freely and happily. This Atman is Paripurna, all-full and self-contained. All desires are gratified here. You will get Nitya-Tripti,—eternal satisfaction. Attain that Supreme State of eternal bliss through meditation on Atma, where the mind ceases to function and the mouth closes in silence. - Swami Sivananda.
