THOUGHT CULTURE
Swami Sivananda Thoughts are of two kinds: INSTRUCTIVE and VISUAL, and also HABITUAL, and they all come in the category of EMOTIONAL THOUGHTS. If the mind is concentrated the breathing becomes slow,, and if one thinks fast the respiration becomes rapid. The machine psychograph is a very concrete proof to this; hence, it is but very necessary to always keep LITTLE THINKING so far as the POWER of THOUGHT CULTURE is not capable or broadly cultivated, BECAUSE— 1. As a man thinketh, so he shapeth: as he shapeth so he acteth; 2. Thought actions are more powerful in relating the future of the man; 3. The body is swayed by thought; 4. What you think you become; and 5. The secret of all healing, of all health, prosperity and happiness is: The Conscious Union with the Divine. Swadhyaya is a golden key that opens for us the door of eternal wisdom. - Swami Chidananda.
